To be specific, the South Island. With its rugged mountains, snow covered peaks, winding roads and deep green vegetation, I feel most at home on this beautiful island. In parts like Milford Sound I feel as if I'm in a place unlike any other, small, insignificant and calm. The winter is a season I never used to appreciate, but now after capturing the raw and fog swept areas of Queenstown I've discovered a new found love of the cold.
